Grenham Bay Care Home is looking for kind, dedicated
Care Assistant
to join our supportive residential team. You'll help ensure our residents feel safe, comfortable, and at home, while providing hands-on care and companionship throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
Support residents with daily living tasks, including personal care and mobility
Assist with meals, hydration, and maintaining routines
Help create a welcoming and friendly environment for residents
Keep accurate care records and report any changes in residents' well-being
Work closely with colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality care
Encourage social interaction and emotional well-being among residents
About You
Experience in care is an advantage but not essential
Pay rate subject to qualifications
NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care is a bonus
If no qualifications are held in Care, then training will be provided
Friendly, patient, and reliable
Strong team player with good communication skills
Passionate about making a positive difference in residents' lives
