Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you will:
Provide exceptional, person-centred care tailored to each resident's needs and preferences.
Support residents with personal care, mobility, and daily activities while promoting independence and dignity.
Build strong, meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
Accurately record care provided using our electronic system.
Collaborate with your team to maintain the highest standards of care.
Take part in ongoing training and professional development.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will:
Must hold a
Level 2 NVQ or Diploma in Health & Social Care
(or equivalent).
Have at least
1 year of experience
in a nursing or care home setting.
Be passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be reliable, empathetic, and motivated to make a positive difference.
