Care Assistant - Hazel End (Anchor)



Location: Hazel End, Bishop's Stortford



Hours: 42 hours per week (including some weekend work)



Rate of Pay: 12.94 per hour



With certain care qualifications: 13.54 per hour

About Hazel End:



Hazel End is a modern, purpose-built care home in Bishop's Stortford, offering outstanding residential and dementia care. Our welcoming home is known for its vibrant community, high standards of care, and focus on creating a real sense of home for our residents.


What You'll Do:




As a Care Assistant, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. Your role will include:


Supporting with personal care and daily living activities Assisting at mealtimes and with mobility Building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and the wider care team Ensuring dignity, choice, and independence are at the heart of all you do

What We're Looking For:




A kind and caring attitude Excellent communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work some weekends as part of your rota An NVQ Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care is desirable (and rewarded with higher pay!)
