Care Assistant
Job Description
to undertake personal care duties as required to service users;
-to support service users in a way that maintains dignity and privacy;
-to participate in record keeping, through brief written recording on individual case files;
-to meet service users' needs;
-to assist service users in performance of practical tasks;
-to promote independence;
-to undertake core training and attend staff meetings as and when required;
-to comply with health and safety requirements
NVQ Level 2, or working towards preferred. However, full training will be provided.
Rate of Pay up to 12.55 if qualified with a NVQ Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care
Please note, rate of pay is subject to evidence of NVQ certificate
Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure.Disclosure expense will be met by applicant.
Hours of Work: 33-44 over a 7 days shift pattern
