A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role due to the nature of the work.

We know people have diverse lives away from work, and for this reason we offer varied hours of work between 7am and 10pm Monday to Sunday. Our contract types include full, part and variable contracted hours up to 40 hours a week.

The Bespoke Care Team

Duties

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support clients in following their individual care plans to meet their specific needs. Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients. Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary. Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients by adhering to health and safety standards. Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required.

Experience

Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is preferred but not essential. A good understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members. Basic IT skills for maintaining records and documentation. A valid driving licence is advantageous for transporting clients when needed. A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need.
