Role Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, helping them with daily activities and ensuring they maintain their independence. This role is ideal for those who are caring, friendly, and dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Care:
Assist clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Companionship:
Engage in social interaction and provide emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
Community Support:
Assist clients with tasks outside the home, such as shopping or attending appointments.
Health & Safety:
Follow all health, safety, and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition.
Qualifications & Requirements
Caring Attitude:
A genuine passion for helping others, with or without prior care experience.
Flexibility:
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends.
Driver's License:
Car drivers with their own vehicle are preferred for this role.
Training:
Willingness to complete mandatory training and pursue NVQ qualifications in health and social care.
Reliability:
Strong work ethic and dependable nature.

12.21 per hour with additional mileage allowance for car drivers.
