This role covers North Essex including Brightlingsea, St Osyth, Holland on Sea, Clacton, Frinton on Sea, Walton on Naze, Brightlingsea, Jaywick, Colchester and surrounding areas, including Tiptree, Chapel, Wivenhoe, Arlesford, Marks Tey, Stanway & Lexden, Earls Colne, Mersea, Peldon, Harwich.

Pay Rates:
Daytime shifts 7am-3pm, evening shifts 4pm-11pm.
12.50 day, 13 evening, 13.75 weekend day, 14.70 weekend evening.
You will be required to work alternate weekends.

About the role:
As a community care assistant, you will care for adults in their own homes to provide practical, physical, emotional, and social support to service users to achieve their desired outcomes. Your daily tasks may include:
Providing
personal care
, such as assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Offering companionship, engaging in meaningful conversations, and actively listening.
Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring dietary needs are met.
Administering medication and maintaining accurate records.
Supporting individuals with mobility and daily living activities.
