Graceful Hands Care Ltd is a provider of domiciliary care for the elderly as well as vulnerable adults. The office is located in London and caters for people in London and Kent environs. we provide personal and practical care services to people in need of assistance in their homes.

We are looking for committed and dedicated carer living in Harrow Council for one of our client. its a minimum 15hours a week 5 days a week

Responsibilities of Care worker

To provide a high standard of care and support to every service user.

Support clients with personal care through respect and dignity

Support clients by preparing their meals ensuring food safety

Support clients by helping them with personal hygiene

Support clients by helping them household tasks

Support clients to help them achieve the outcomes of health and wellbeing through person centred care

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Work Location: In person
