Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistants to join our team in Mid Sussex. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our clients' well-being and enhancing their daily lives. Your contributions will be essential in helping them maintain independence and joy in their own homes.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication management Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Document client progress and report any changes in condition Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and a caring attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full driving licence and use of a car is essential Basic IT skills are helpful but not essential Proficiency in English is required

Our territory is limited to Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill and surrounding villages so you will never need to drive too far between calls
