Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Implement and follow individual care plans tailored to each client's needs.
Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes to the care manager.
Foster positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals through effective communication.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in IT and care practices relevant to the role.
Ensure that the care environment is clean, safe, and welcoming for all clients.
Experience
Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow them accurately is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills in English are essential for interacting with clients and colleagues effectively.
A valid driving licence and access to vehicle
