Duties

Assisting clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility Supporting clients with meal preparation and dietary requirements Helping clients maintain their independence by encouraging participation in activities Following personalised care plans to meet individual needs and preferences Providing emotional support and companionship to clients Maintaining accurate records of care provided Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications

Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates Good communication Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Reliable, organised, and able to follow detailed care plans accurately
