Term-time: 07:00-10:00, 16:00-22:00 (2:1), 22:00-08:00. Non-term time & weekends: 08:00-20:00 (2:1), 20:00-08:00

We're Nurslink Homecare, a trusted provider helping people across England and Wales stay safe and independent at home. We're looking for Support Workers across Pontypool, Newbridge, and Caerphilly to join an experienced team supporting a child with complex needs.

This is a long-term package working closely with a young girl who requires 1:1 or 2:1 support depending on the shift. She's non-verbal, PEG-fed, and has epilepsy. You'll be part of a calm, consistent routine--providing overnight monitoring, supporting emotional regulation, and ensuring she remains settled and safe in her home environment.

Full clinical training provided. All pad changes, feeding and medication are shown by the family with additional guidance from Nurslink's clinical leads.
