Salary: 25,000 to 28,000
Pay Rates: Weekdays 12.85 per hour, Weekends 13 per hour, Weekends 15.10 per hour
Location: Caerphilly
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Full Time
Shift Pattern: TBD, but ideally, you will be able to work every other weekend

Responsibilities
As a
Support Worker
, your main responsibilities will include:
Providing hands-on support with
personal care
and daily living tasks.
Assisting in the development and implementation of
care plans

Mentoring and guiding junior staff members.
Medication management

Building positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Support Worker, with a desire to progress into a senior role.
A relevant qualification (e.g., QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care) is highly desirable.
A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
