Duties

Assisting clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility Supporting individuals with their care plans to ensure personalised and effective care Providing companionship and emotional support to clients Helping with medication reminders and basic health monitoring as required Assisting with meal preparation and feeding if necessary Maintaining accurate records of care provided using IT systems Driving clients to appointments or social activities when needed (driving skills preferred) Ensuring a safe and clean environment for all clients in accordance with health and safety regulations

Experience

Previous experience working within a care home or providing home care is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided Good understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills Driving licence is desirable for roles involving client transportation, but not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.60-15.60 per hour
