We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality support to individuals in their own home. Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility Support the implementation of individualised care plans tailored to each individuals needs Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals, ensuring a respectful and caring environment Monitor and report on clients' health status, noting any changes or concerns Assist with medication as per training and guidelines Maintain accurate records of care provided, ensuring compliance with organisational policies Communicate effectively with team members, healthcare professionals, and family members to deliver seamless care Support clients with home care tasks, including light housekeeping and meal preparation where appropriate

Requirements

Previous experience working within a care home or providing home care is desirable but not essential; training will be provided Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate client transportation when required Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written Basic IT skills for maintaining accurate documentation and using relevant software systems Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate compassionately and effectively with clients and colleagues Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment A genuine interest in caring for others and improving their quality of life
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 12.70 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
