Permanent, Full-Time

Hours:

22:00 - 08:00 | 3 nights on, 3 nights off (includes weekends & bank holidays)

Set within three acres of landscaped gardens with beautiful views over the Towy estuary, Towy Castle is a 61-bed residential care home providing specialist dementia and elderly care. For over 35 years, our experienced team has delivered professional, person-centred care in a warm and welcoming environment.

Your Role

As a Night Care Assistant, you'll provide comfort, safety, and support throughout the night helping residents feel secure, respected, and cared for.

Support residents with personal care and bedtime routines Offer reassurance and companionship overnight Monitor wellbeing and respond promptly to needs Assist with early morning routines before handover Maintain a calm, clean, and safe environment

What You'll Bring

? Previous care experience (essential)
? Knowledge of dementia care (preferred)
? Compassionate, calm, and observant nature
? NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete)
