17:00 - 22:00 | 3 shifts per week | Weekends & bank holidays on rotaHelping Residents Wind Down with Comfort and Care
We're seeking a dependable Evening Care Assistant to support residents during the later part of the day. This role focuses on comfort, dignity, and helping residents settle for the night.
Your Responsibilities
Supporting evening personal care routines Assisting with meals, drinks, and medication (where appropriate) Providing companionship and reassurance Helping residents prepare for bed Maintaining a calm and respectful environment
What We're Looking For
? Caring and patient nature
? Care experience preferred
? NVQ/QCF Level 2 (or willingness to complete)
? Strong teamwork and communication skills
