We are looking for Care Assistants to to join our incredible team of Care Professionals in Chichester and the surrounding areas including Bognor and The Witterings.

Hours:

We have a variety of hours available depending on your working availability. We can offer both full-time and part-time hours. We can also offer just evening and weekend hours too.

As a Care Assistant, it's important that you can:

Have availability to start from 7am in the morning Be committed to working alternate weekends Comply with Vitale policies and procedures Complete comprehensive and accurate records (eMAR or Visit Logs) Agree and work within your agreed availability Report any significant changes to our clients health or circumstance or any risks, welfare or safeguarding concerns Attend mandatory training, one-to-one supervisions and meetings where required Understand the role of the CQC and the guidance it sets out Promote good practices and report poor practices or concerns
Essential qualifications & experience:


Full UK Driving Licence Access to a reliable car that you can use for work The right to work in the UK and living locally to the area.
As a Care Assistant with Vitale Care, you will be visiting clients in their own homes, promoting their independence. You will provide 1:1 care and support in the following areas of daily life, Personal Care, Medication Support, Meal Support, Household Support and Companionship.
