Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others, and will be responsible for ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their own home.

Duties

Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to the dietary needs of clients. Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure clients are safe and comfortable. Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health or behaviour. Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties. Document daily activities and any significant changes in clients' conditions. Drive clients to appointments or social outings as required.

Requirements

Previous experience in care is preferred but not essential. The ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

A valid

driving licence is essential for this role.

Must possess a caring attitude, patience, and empathy towards clients' needs.
