Join our team at Avon View as a

Care Assistant.

Located just outside Christchurch,

Avon View

is a residential home offering nursing, palliative, residential, and dementia care across three floors. We support individuals with complex needs through a compassionate, person-centred approach.

What you'll do:

Support clients

with personal care, nutrition and hydration.

Comply with Health and Safety

requirements in respect of moving and assisting and the use of equipment.

Maintain dignity,

privacy and respect for our clients.

Be able to work flexibly

across shifts including days, evenings and alternate weekends.

What you need:

The ability to follow care plans and instructions. Good communication skills. Empathy with the needs of the clients. IT skills with the ability to maintain accurate records. NVQ Level 2 in Direct Care or willingness to achieve this.

We provide high quality care and support to older people; people with physical and learning disabilities; people with mental health needs; dementia; carers and clients' families. This extends to respite care for families and carers.


We operate services across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, ranging from Residential Homes, Day Services, Supported Living sites and Reablement Home Care.
