Duties



Assist clients with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and mobility, ensuring their comfort and dignity are maintained Support clients with daily activities including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping Develop and follow personalised care plans tailored to each individual's needs Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' wellbeing Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in health or behaviour to the relevant professionals Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring safe transportation Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care delivery Adhere to health and safety policies, including infection control procedures

Qualifications



Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided Valid driving licence is preferred for roles involving transportation of clients Good command of English, both written and spoken, for effective communication Basic IT skills for maintaining records and updating care plans Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds Compassionate attitude with a genuine interest in supporting others' independence and wellbeing Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
