Care Assistant- full-time, part-time, day and night vacancies available

Hourly rate:

13.25 per hour

Shift pattern:

8am-8pm or 8pm-8am (for night positions) including some weekend working

Contracted hours:

full-time and part-time available- flexible to offer between 22 and 44 hourper week contracts!

As a Care Practitioner at our home, your role may involve:

Completing required training to deliver excellent care

Assisting residents with personal care and hygiene

Providing emotional reassurance and companionship as needed

Promoting a restful, safe environment, tailored to each resident's preferences and abilities

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and care

Collaborating with the care team to ensure our residents' needs are consistently met

Promoting and supporting residents' independence wherever possible

Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However, overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final.Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our 'Reward Me' app. Flexible pay is available via 'WAGESTREAM'.Advertised pay rate isfor shifts worked from 1st April 2025.

A warm, compassionate approach and positive attitude
