Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their own home. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with daily living activities while ensuring their comfort and well-being. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.

Duties

To maintain and manage our clients continence needs To maintain our clients breathing to an optimum level. To maintain a tidy clean house. To maintain our clients nutrition and hydration needs To maintain a good level of health and personal hygiene To keep our safe and secure To maintain their skin Integrity

Requirements

Previous experience in home care setting is preferred. Be able to manage a high level of care within the 4 hours. A valid driving licence Strong understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately. Proficient in English, both spoken and written, for effective communication with clients and team members. Excellent IT skills for maintaining records and using care management software. Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating empathy and patience when interacting with clients. A commitment to providing high-quality care and support to enhance the lives of those you assist.
