Duties
Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
Support individuals in following their care plans and achieving their personal goals.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate personnel.
Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to provide updates on care needs.
Drive to various locations if required for home care services.
Skills
Proficient in English with excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents and team members.
Experience or knowledge of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
Familiarity with IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes.
Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous but not essential.
Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving.

To provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to live independently, safely, and with dignity. This role requires the use of your own vehicle to travel between service users.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver personal care (e.g. washing, dressing, toileting) in line with individual care plans
Administer or prompt medication as directed
Support with meal preparation, eating and drinking
Help with mobility, transfers, and use of mobility aids
Perform light domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
Offer companionship and emotional support
Travel between clients using company/own vehicle
Accurately record care visits and report any concerns to the office team
Work in line with safeguarding policies and care standards (e.g. CQC, GDPR)
Essential Requirements
Full UK driving licence + Company Car can be given
Right to work in the UK (At least 6 months VISA validity)
Good spoken and written English
Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS check
A caring, reliable, and compassionate nature
Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends
