Provide Homecare Ltd is a provider of domiciliary and nursing services based in Ipswich. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality and reliable care services to our partners while expanding our offerings to supply temporary workers to healthcare providers across Suffolk.

Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. Located in Ipswich, this role is vital in providing high-quality home care services to individuals with complex care needs , ensuring their comfort and well-being while supporting their daily needs.

About the Role:

As a carer, you will be supporting clients with a range of complex care needs, including but not limited to:

Neurological conditions (e.g., MS, Parkinson's, brain injuries) Spinal cord injuries Tracheostomy and ventilator care PEG feeding Epilepsy and seizure management Learning disabilities and challenging behaviours
You will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by delivering person-centred care tailored to their individual needs.

Requirements:

Previous experience in complex care is essential

Relevant qualifications in Health & Social Care (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent preferred) Training or experience in tracheostomy care, ventilators, PEG feeding, bowel management and/or seizure management is essential. A compassionate, patient, and professional approach Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Right to work in the UK

A valid driver's licence is essential

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 14.00-16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 30 per week
