Key Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 2 years of care experience. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, caring, and empathetic nature. Ability to work flexible hours as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents. Assist with mobility, meals, and daily activities. Maintain accurate care records and documentation. Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
