We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Care Assistant
to join our team. This role involves supporting residents with daily living activities, ensuring their wellbeing, and providing high-quality person-centred care in a flexible working environment.Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal care, meals, and mobility. Support residents in maintaining independence and wellbeing. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues. Work efficiently while maintaining high standards of care.
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a care setting. Strong communication skills and a caring, patient nature.
Qualification:
Relevant care qualifications preferred (e.g., NVQ in Health & Social Care).

We are
