25,225.20 per year

Hours:

38.5 hours per week

8pm - 8am shifts on a two-week rolling rota:

Week 1:

Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday

Week 2:

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

About the Role:

Evermore Care is seeking experienced

Care Assistants

for our new service at

Astley View

in Chorley, Lancashire. This role involves providing compassionate, high-quality care to elderly residents in a modern and innovative care environment. You will work closely with the team to ensure each resident receives personalised, thoughtful care tailored to their individual needs and preferences.

Experience:

Prior experience in dementia or residential care settings. Ability to work collaboratively with the team to monitor residents' health needs and liaise with senior staff as required. Assisting in the preparation and updating of residents' care plans according to their wishes and Evermore Care policies.

Main Responsibilities:

Support residents with all aspects of personal care, including washing and dressing. Assist with daily living activities and promote independence. Observe, monitor, and document residents' physical and emotional wellbeing, reporting any changes promptly. Work seamlessly with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of care.
