Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at HK Care Consulting. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality care to individuals in various settings, ensuring their comfort and well-being while supporting our mission of personalized healthcare.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility support. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Support clients in maintaining their independence while ensuring their safety. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to care provision.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Female drivers Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication purposes. Understanding of care home environments and home care practices is an advantage.
