Job Description

We are looking for one Dayshift Care Assistant and two Nightshift Care Assistants to join our team at Rosturk House.
Based in Cupar, the successful Care Assistants will work 3 shifts per week (19:45-08:00 or 07:45-20:00) and will earn 12.70 per hour, in addition to an attractive benefits package.
Job Purpose: To assist in the provision of quality care to elderly residents in the care setting.

Skills Knowledge and Qualifications:
Essential:
Genuine interest in working within care of elderly persons
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Attending mandatory training
Willingness to attend vocational training programmes
Satisfactory PVG check
Registration with SSSC within 3 months of employment date.
Ability to work on own initiative
Two references - one must be from your most recent employer
Desired:
Have SVQ Level II or III or working towards minimum SVQ Level II.
Experience in working with elderly persons in a care setting.
