Buckingham Care Home is located in Penistone and is a 72 bed Registered Care Home which provides an excellent standard of residential care for the elderly, including nursing and dementia care as well as shorter term care.
An excellent opportunity has arisen in our Care Home for those who aspire to "really make a difference" to the lives of older people that have chosen to live in spectacular newly developed residential care services.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed
Care Assistant
who has attention to detail, is customer focused and dedicated to delivering outstanding, high-quality care. You will need good communication skills and a genuine passion for caring for people living with dementia.The role will challenge you every day to use your knowledge, skills and experience to help create an environment where outstanding person-centered care is consistently delivered. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, as well the well-being of residents with a wide range of needs, promoting their independence, choice and dignity at all times.
Willingness to work 12 hour shift patterns on a rolling rota, inclusive of weekend work.
Experience desirable, but full training would be provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.21 per hour
