Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at St Anne's Court Care Ltd in Bournemouth. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for our residents, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and support.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility Support the development and implementation of individual care plans Foster a warm and welcoming environment for residents and their families Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Contribute to a positive team culture within the care home

Qualifications

Previous experience in a care home or similar environment is preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others Understanding of care plans and personal care needs Compassionate approach to caregiving Basic IT skills are an advantage but not essential Proficiency in English is important

Expected hours: 24 - 36 per week
