Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in a residential care setting. The role involves supporting residents with their daily activities and ensuring their well-being.
Duties
- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as washing & dressing
- Support residents with mobility around the care home
- Help in the delivery of care plans and maintaining accurate records
- Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is desirable but not essential as comprehensive training will be given.
- Compassionate nature and a genuine interest in caring for others.
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.21-14.71 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
