What You'll Be Doing...
To support our residents with all aspects of their day-to-day living so they can enjoy the best possible quality of life that respects their privacy and dignity at all times. To assist our residents with a range of daily duties, including all aspects of personal care.
Compassion, good communication skills and a calm and caring manner are essential for this important role and to be able to work both individually and as part of a team.
You will:
Assist residents to achieve as much independence as possible with their daily lives.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in residents' conditions
Read, understand and adhere to individual risk assessment forms.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff
What We're Looking For...
Previous experience working within a care home or home care environment is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
Strong attention to detail and commitment to outstanding care
A warm, engaging approach with a genuine interest in our residents
A team player with a great sense of humour
Positive, proactive and forward?thinking attitude
Flexibility to work shifts as needed, including weekends and evenings
