Western Park View Care Home is a warm, welcoming, and compassionate care home dedicated to providing exceptional support and care to our residents, located in a private setting.

We are currently seeking a dedicated

Care Assistant

to join our team. We are currently have Day and Night shifts available. If you have a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Providing high-quality, person-centered care to our residents. Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and mealtime support. Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Supporting residents to maintain their dignity, independence, and well-being. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Requirements:

A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others. NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is preferred but not essential Experience in using the

Person Centred Software (PCS)

computer system is preferred but not essential - full training will be given. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Shifts Available:-

DAYS : 4 x 12h Shifts available

NIGHTS : 3 x 12h Shifts available

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour
