What We're Looking For:

A caring and considerate nature Passion for supporting older people Ability to deliver quality care with empathy Experience in elderly care NVQ in Health & Social Care or willingness to undertake vocational training Alignment with our core values: Commitment to quality Passionate support Dignity and respect Trust and teamwork
