Key Responsibilities:
Providing high-quality care and support to residents with dignity and respect.
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, toileting and meals
Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences.
Collaborating with the care team to create and implement individual care plans.
Promoting a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
Engaging residents in social and recreational activities to enhance their well-being.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work as part of a dedicated team.
Previous care experience is a plus but not required; we welcome candidates with a passion for care and a willingness to learn.
