We're looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our friendly team and make a real difference every day.

Main Responsibilities

Provide high standards of personal care and support to residents, including assistance with washing, dressing, eating, and mobility. Support residents to maintain their dignity, independence, and personal choices. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. Help with day-to-day activities, ensuring residents remain engaged and active. Record and report care notes accurately and promptly in line with company policy. Follow individual care plans and contribute to their ongoing review. Assist with mealtime preparation and ensure residents receive proper nutrition and hydration. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents. Work collaboratively with seniors and other care staff to deliver holistic care. Uphold confidentiality, safeguarding, and equality policies at all times.

Skills and Qualities Required

Genuine compassion and desire to help others. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow instructions and adapt to residents' individual needs. Respectful, patient, and dependable approach to care. Good observational and record-keeping skills.

Qualifications and Experience

Previous experience in a care environment (preferred but not essential -- full training provided). NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
