The role is contracted to 33 or 44 hours per week on a 7 day rota basis, with one weekend on and the next weekend off.
Globe Court provides residential care for older people.
We are looking to recruit a day care assistant to join our friendly team that will show warmth and support to our residents and their families; helping to promote independence and dignity and positively enhance the lives of individuals in our care.
So as a Day Care Assistant what do you need to do to make this happen?
Assist residents with personal care needs
Communicate professionally and warmly with all visitors, including professionals, to the home.
Provide friendship and support to our residents and their needs
Work as part of a team
NVQ 2 in health and social care desirable. Training and support provided.
