Job Description
We are looking to hire Care Assistants on a part time (21 hours) or full time (35 - 42 hours) basis, per week.
It is important to us to have the right staff with the right attitude.
We are privileged to be working in our resident's home, and are looking for staff who are passionate about caring for the elderly as if they were your own. Therefore qualifications are not the priority for us, but passion, empathy, understanding, attention to detail and team work are!
A brief summary of care:
Care of Residents
Help Residents with mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including incontinence, and to help in the care of aids and personal equipment.
- Provide personal care.
Share in the promotion of mental and physical activity of Residents through conversation with them, taking them out, hobbies and recreation.
To provide an efficient response to emergency calls received from Residents and members of Staff.
Appropriate paperwork completion.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From 12.60 per hour
