Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. The Care Assistant will provide support to residents in a care home setting, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Duties:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Support residents with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Help in the preparation and serving of meals
- Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in residents' conditions
- Follow care plans and report any concerns to the senior staff

Experience:
- Previous experience in a care assistant role is desirable but not essential
- Ability to drive may be required for certain roles
- Familiarity with IT systems for record keeping
- Knowledge of home care practices and procedures
- Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues
