What does the job role involve?

The role includes but is not limited to:


Caring and supporting our amazing residents in their journey with Aurem Care. Providing personal care, social support and making impactful and heart warming memories. Ensuring the needs of our residents are met through the use of our electronic care platform "Nourish" Work within a committed team member Showing positive caring values in all aspects of practice Any ad hoc duties to meet service delivery for our residents.

Day and Nights shifts on offer Full or Part time contracts available Hourly rate: 12.30 - 12.50per hour (Pay is dependant upon qualifications). Flexible hours 22, 33 or 44 hours available per week, inclusive of weekend work (bank options also available!) Hillcrest has a long tradition of providing quality residential care in Frodsham and the surrounding area. Hillcrest is a residential and dementia care home situated on the outskirts of Frodsham in Cheshire. Nestling on the side of Frodsham Hill, it enjoys beautiful views across the Cheshire Plain. We offer the very highest standards of care, aiming to help all residents to enjoy life as fully as possible. Residents are invited to decorate their room with small items of their own furniture and treasured belongings to make it feel more like home.
