Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals in need of care, ensuring their comfort and well-being. We are currently looking for day full time opportunity's!
Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Help with meals
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in home care or a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in English language
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Pay: 12.21 per hour
