We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Duties
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Help with meal preparation and feeding as required.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behaviour to the appropriate personnel.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to care practices.
Requirements
Previous experience essential in a similar setting
Care Certificate and / or Health & Social Care Certificate Level 2 or 3
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
A caring and patient disposition, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
