Day Care Assistant

to join our team and help make every day a positive and comfortable experience for our residents.

What You'll Do:

Provide personal care and support to residents with daily routines such as washing, dressing, and mealtimes. Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing for each individual. Engage residents in social activities and conversation to enhance their day. Assist with mobility and ensure residents' safety and comfort at all times. Keep accurate records and promptly report any changes in residents' health or mood. Work closely with nurses and other team members to deliver exceptional care.

What We're Looking For:

A caring, patient, and reliable person who genuinely enjoys helping others. Good communication and teamwork skills. Previous care experience is an advantage but not essential - full training is provided. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
