About the Role



We're looking for

caring, compassionate, and dedicated

to join our team. You'll be supporting residents in their

home

, helping them with daily personal care, companionship, and maintaining a clean, comfortable living environment. This is more than just a job--it's an opportunity to

Key Responsibilities



Providing compassionate care

- Assist residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility support, while treating them with dignity and respect.

Emotional and social support

- Build meaningful relationships with residents, ensuring they feel valued and at home.

Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment

- Assist with light cleaning tasks to ensure a safe, pleasant living space.

Supporting independence

- Encourage and support residents to maintain their independence as much as possible.

Teamwork

- Work closely with colleagues to provide the best care possible, ensuring residents' individual needs are met.

What We're Looking For



A caring and compassionate nature with a desire to support others. Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships. A team player with a willingness to help where needed. Experience in care is

welcome but not essential

- we provide full training and ongoing support.

Our Interview Process


We aim to make applying as simple and flexible as possible. If shortlisted, you'll first be invited to complete an initial interview over AI, which you can do at a time that suits you.
