Travel Requirements:

This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential.

About the Role

As a Reablement Home Care Assistant, you'll help older adults across Northamptonshire regain independence and confidence in their own homes.



Your responsibilities may include:


Supporting daily routines and wellbeing Personal care Basic cooking and meal preparation Light household tasks Food shopping Providing companionship and encouragement

No previous care experience is needed, our comprehensive training and shadow shifts will prepare you fully.



What You'll Need


Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle with business insurance Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship) Ability to work set AM/PM rounds and alternate weekends Good English communication skills
