Full time (33 hrs) Care Assistant required for our care home in Dingwall

The people who we look after and the people who care for them are what makes our home unique. We are looking to enhance our care team with an energetic, positive and cheerful care assistant, who can bring their experience to this homely and friendly environment.

The care home is well-established in Dingwall with very good grades with the Care Inspectorate, and has great positive links to the local community.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals, the residents and their families Maintain accurate records of residents' progress and any changes in their condition. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive environment. Communicate effectively with team members and families regarding care needs and updates.
You must be able to deliver all aspects of personal care, and have the ability and desire to make a positive impact on the people you care for

There are great opportunities for training and the chance to undertake vocational training qualifications, and enhance your skills

PVG membership (Disclosure Scotland) is essential , and we will ask you to complete this application

Pay: 12.60 per hour
