Full training provided and ongoing support to develop your care career. We have Care Assistant positions available across Doncaster (Woodlands, Conisbrough, Rossington) with support from a local team. Honest, transparent role: you'll know your clients, hours and responsibilities from the outset. Work locally to where you live (we don't send carers on a Doncaster tour) Flexible work/life balance selecting when you want to work 16h to 40h

What you'll be doing:

Provide high quality domiciliary care to our elderly clients in their own homes including, but not limited to: personal care, assisting with meals, companionship, medication prompts, mobility support. Build meaningful relationships with clients, respecting their choices, independence, routines. As we like to keep continuity of care for all our service users. Induction training and speaking to management about each service user you will be going to see. Further training is available if you wish to take at no cost. Report any changes in client condition promptly. Maintain accurate records. Uphold the values of 24/7 Homecare: respect, dignity, quality of life.

What we're looking for:

A caring, compassionate person who wants to make a difference. Previous care experience is an advantage but we're happy to offer training if you have the right mindset. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a friendly team. Care staff located in Doncaster Valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one). Commitment to uphold high standards and our client-first ethos.

Pay & hours:

13.54-14.63 per hour with 40p per mile for drivers. Full-time and part-time hours available. Immediate starts available. Work locations: Doncaster borough including Conisbrough, Woodlands, Mexborough, Rossington. Weekly pay, travel expenses considered (if policy applies).
