We're seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Full time and part-time Care Assistant. Must be available for Evenings and weekends.
DRIVERS only with a UK driving licence and access to your own car.
Role & Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Provide companionship and emotional support to our clients
Help with mobility and physical activities.
Perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
Follow care plans and report any changes in clients conditions to senior staff and office staff.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years old or older
Friendly and compassionate nature
Good communication skills
Ability to work well in a team
